The product is excellent; however, the packaging was terrible! The item was smashed down into a package too short, c a using a permanent crease , 4" down for the main zipper. Both handles were creased 1/4 way down. I am no impressed.

Extra bag, very beautiful, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The handles of the bag are very weak and after a few uses it looks like this: I'm posting three photos. After purchasing it, I didn't use it immediately, so I couldn't make a complaint.

Yesterday, i.e. 13 03 21, I received a handbag from you and I am very disappointed with its appearance and I want to return it.

sieht hübsch aus, aber leider habe ich heute erst gesehen, dass eine Innennaht nicht genäht ist. Mal sehen, werde versuchen es mit Textilkleber zu reparieren. Der Preis ist halt unschlagbar!!!
