I don't know if it's original or not, but everything seems fine. Good packaging and soft materials. After I saw and touched it, I really liked it, so cute. Sadly, there are no measurement details about all the bags that they sell. This bag is too small for my expectations (25x18x10cm). For the quality and model, it satisfied me. But the lack of information and the 3-week delivery (it said 2 weeks when I purchased it) mean I couldn't give 5 stars. If sizes don't matter to you, I recommend it.

The bag is made wonky. Not symmetrical, does not give the shape that this bag is renowned for. Such poor workmanship that the handle is twisted and not as big of a loop that it should be. The tucks needed to be closer and neater to give the shape. No one would ever believe that this is a polene bag. I dont know why they bothered with the branding, maybe to try and detract from how poor this is. Don't watse your money buying this.

Not real leather, but PU. Cheap metal elements, like gold-colored tin from fake plastic toy jewelry. I wasn't expecting a replica but I did expect decency. Very disappointing. I've made many purchases and am well aware of what I buy on Joom, but here there is bad faith. It's that making the return costs more than keeping it.

Very happy with the quality of the product. Perfectly packaged and received in perfect condition. Good quality PU leather, lightweight and holds its shape. Has all the details and logos it should have. Real tracking information provided. Highly recommended!!!

It does not correspond to the description. The material is of poor quality, wrinkled, and hardly recovers its shape once the bag is opened. It is a very bad and vulgar imitation of the LLONGCHAMP brand. What a shame!!
