Precautions
Exchanges and returns are not available if the seal tape on the product package is damaged. Cases where exchanges and returns cannot be processed include when the product has already been used, seven days has passed since the receipt of the product, or when the product and its accessories (shoe box, price tag, plastic packaging, etc.) have been lost or damaged.
