Order received. Packaging is intact. Haven't tried it in operation yet. There is one minus, it's the plug. It doesn't fit our sockets at all. The pins are not round but flat, and the distance between them is smaller than ours. The plug needs to be changed.

The straightener does not meet the requirements, the cord is short, and you can only use it for children's hair. I do not recommend buying it, it's wasted money.
