BUYERS BEWARE, Seller wants video of installation, BUYERS BEWARE, seller wants me to install another printer head 100% working and print before refund

Unfortunately, the unit is not functioning properly: The remote control is completely non-responsive to any button presses. Neither the light or the fan responds to control inputs. Troubleshooting indicates that either the remote control itself or the internal LED power driver (transformer/receiver) is defective.
