This faux fur grey jacket is one of my favorite things I've bought from Joom. I took a chance on it despite the absence of reviews and the slightly higher price, and it was worth it. The grey fur is super soft and luxurious and the closest thing I've ever felt to real fur while still being 100% polyester. The inside is lined, but there is no padding so this would be better for autumn or warmer winter days than freezing temps, though it's so wide that you can easily layer sweaters underneath. The zipper is decent quality and is housed in a PU sheath that's yellowish to prevent it from catching in the fur. It has pockets but they are unlined. The hood is extra large, very warm, and lined with fur. The only negative is that once again the size chart is inaccurate. The seller claims a large has a 132 cm bust and a length of 70 cm. In reality, the jacket is 124 cm and 67 cm respectively, so you're looking at an 8 cm difference in the bust and 3 cm in the length. I really wish sellers were honest about the sizing, but what can you do? It's still a gorgeous jacket. :) Shipping was 3 weeks from purchase date which is super fast to western Europe. Unfortunately, the bag it came in was torn to shreds, but carefully taped up by a kind postal worker. The other item in the bag with the jacket was damaged, but because the jacket was under 3 layers of plastic, it was ok because the inner most bag was intact. Thanks Joom! This garment definitely has my stamp of approval, just assume the actual sizes run a bit small.

The product is small. too small and different from how described. I want the return. also the poor quality. I have the right to return. Not to mention.how to make a return? By law I have the right to a return because the product is not at all sufficient. The quality is poor. In everything. Very different from the photo. Another garment.

This is not the size I ordered. The product may fit a child. Besides, it is a rag, not a cover presented in the offer. I want to return it, but none of the tabs work, and there are no return tabs. The support procedure provided is the seller's joyful creativity, not assistance in returning.

The t-shirt is nice, the color is beautiful, even more intense than in the picture, but the size doesn't quite match, I have a 99 bust but I bought a 102 to make it lighter, but anyway it's on the body, it's not tight, but it doesn't fit me either desired. I'll wear it of course, that's fine, thank you

It is a beautiful jacket, just like in the photo. It fits very well and the quality is quite good for its price. Fair size. I usually wear a size S and this is a m and it fits me just right. If you want to wear a chubby sweater underneath, I would even get another size up 🙈😅

Very poor quality, I expected it to look like denim but it looks very fake, the lining is white which is visible when you wear it open and I find it very ugly, very disappointed with my first purchases on this site.
