Good afternoon! I ordered two such chandeliers. One arrived chipped. I contacted support, please help. I have attached two photos showing the chip. ANTON from support is demanding a video. We are currently moving from one region to another, I explained that I cannot provide a video. He is being stubborn as a mule! Naturally, I will not be able to hang such a chandelier, the crystal will show through completely and the chip will be visible. In short, I am giving one star for the poor attitude of support towards customers.
