If the size is small, it should be M, not L, unless I am undersized

Fits size 52. Bust 106 cm. Warm. But the color in reality is not at all the same as in the photo. Words cannot describe it, it is green (light green). I could not display the same color in my photo.
It fits well in the shoulders, but doesn't fit in the waist or below. Why do they sew it like that? The measurements seem to match, but it doesn't suit those with a pear-shaped figure at all.
The order was for a dark green sweater with a white insert, I received a light green one, the white top does not match the photo (semicircle π)
