I want a refund and there is no where on the app or site to request or process one and I am waiting for now 5 days for someone to come back to me on their support?

It was too large

Apart from one shoe arriving defective and the other stained, after wearing them for three days I take it for granted that there is nothing to do with comfort compared to the same model bought in a New Balance store. The sole is much harder… I'll leave it there.....
