I normally wear a 40/41 and ordered a 42. Unfortunately, my toes are pressing against the inside, and that's not comfortable. There isn't a larger size, so they run very small.

I always take a 39 to put my orthotics in. But in a 39 I can't do that, and without them my toes are quite close to the shoe.
