This is a HERMANN teddy, limited to 500 pieces, created by Japanese artist Mayumi Watanabe, and a vintage Mummy Bear by teddy bear artist Mayumi Watanabe.

The number on the right foot is a serial number indicating that this teddy bear is one of only 500 made worldwide.

The letter on the left foot is embroidered to indicate that it was created by teddy bear artist Mayumi Watanabe.

This is an extremely rare item that I purchased quite some time ago.
