Hollow Design Metal Napkin Dispenser for Home For Kitchen and Cafe Use

**Defective product – terrible quality and no proper customer service!** I am extremely disappointed with this product. The device is leaking – water comes out from underneath the spray control button. This is a serious defect that raises questions about the product's quality and proper functioning. What is even more disappointing is the way customers are treated. I submitted a formal complaint, provided photographs of the defect and clearly explained the problem. Unfortunately, I have received no response and no proposed solution so far. Customers pay for a product that should be fully functional and watertight. When the product turns out to be defective, they should not be left alone to deal with the problem. This is absolutely not what professional customer service should look like! A defective product combined with no response to a complaint is completely unacceptable. **I do not recommend this product. Stay away!**

Türkiye'deki müşteri temsilcisi gerizekalı. Bir daha joom dan alışveriş yapmam. Sikerler böyle dolandırıcı firmayı. Medium quality. But the Joom team does not give refunds even for my orders that did not arrive. He did not even take back the shoes that came in the wrong size and type and did not refund the money. What I'm saying is that Joom is a scam and never shop there. Aliekpres is the best and most reliable. Many people like me lost their money on this platform. I definitely do not recommend it.

Product arrived timely and unharmed! It is incredibly flexible and malleable, as seen in the video The outer texture is fascinating, hopefully indeed waterproof (in case there's any condensation, moisture of any kind, etc). Once tested, will add more information -

these are not the worst extractors that i have bought but they are certainly not the best. the reversed drill bit end is not sharp enough to drill wood they all need to be ground and sharpened for drilling steel.

Presentation is everything. Recieved everything together in a thin plastic bag. Price is not much of a difference locally. Could sell enter if there is a storage box....tracking parcel did not fully work ...

at this price you simply cannot complain they are solid the magnets work perfectly. they are designed to fit in power drills rather than electric screw drivers. excellent value for money.

Same as picture. Cable is good and not hard. Voltage without anything connected is 12.31v whitch it good. Fast delivery to Bulgaria.

Accepting quality, but the product don’t fit as the original, so Is not for a Dream Roller Complete Ultra as stated .
