They deliver and allow customers to order a product that can only be used in China, and when the customer points this out, they simply say that it is mentioned in the description. The only information provided in the description is “CN version”, which I believe is not clear or meaningful enough for many customers. I also don’t understand why anyone would order such a product to any European country if it can only be used in China. It is a waste of money, a disappointment, and the result of poor and incomplete product information, as well as poor handling of customer complaints.

The product sheet did not mention at any point that this camera was intended for the Chinese market. It was only after receiving it, by having the information on the label and the camera's interface translated, that I discovered it was exclusively a "Mainland China" version — with voice announcements only in Chinese — incompatible with the official 70mai application available in Europe. Since this essential information was not indicated at the time of purchase, the product delivered does not match the sales description. There is therefore nothing to photograph: the device starts up and works, but simply cannot be configured with the European application.. Inability to return the item. Customer service is practically non-existent.

Do not buy this product!!!!!! It is intended for the Chinese region!!!! You simply won't be able to use it, won't be able to connect it to your phone, and in general, it's junk outside of China!!!!! And to top it all off, it doesn't come with a charger! I am shocked by this situation altogether... Thank you to the support service for their promptness in resolving the issue.
