I am very disappointed with my bag as I ordered a light grey and received a brown one and could not get an email address to ask about it. Also, I could not submit the return button as it would not let me send it. It is such a shame as everything else I have ordered from you has been great, just the bag, as I wanted the grey for holidays in the summer.

I received the order in Chisinau in the joint package of 6 pieces on 18.09.24. The backpack matches the model and color ordered. It arrived intact and packaged. It has no smell or any defect. I am satisfied and grateful. I RECOMMEND the store and the seller. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOOM ❤️🔝💯

Very poor quality. After the second use, the threads inside are already coming loose and the lining is fraying. Not what I expected. Not high quality, rather simple design, not suitable for use as a backpack. It's a shame, because it looks nice, but it's not much use for just one backpack.

I'm satisfied. Will the plastic zippers last long? The strap is good! Not so thin. 👍👍👍 Addendum: I have had the backpack for a while now and it is still intact. Can also be used as a shoulder bag. Am satisfied!!!

The backpack it's not like in the ad. In the ad it appears big enough for what I always need to carry wherever I go, nothing further from reality. However, can still be useful.

As seen in the picture, the handbag model and size are different, and the Phone case is not compatible with the Phone. How can I return it?
