The product is excellent, it helps a lot the skin of a certain age and the results are visible after a few days. I use it as a normal serum, but it is more like a light cream in consistency. Then I apply a salmon oil cream and I have hydration, lifting effect, brightness all day. I do this morning and evening face, neck and décolleté. I am 67 years old and dry skin that I no longer have. The only flaw is the price which is double and even more than double on other sites.

*SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing Fresh Ampoule* I loved this ampoule! 🌿💆‍♀️ The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly. My skin feels hydrated and soothed, and the pores seem smaller. The scent is fresh and pleasant. I use it morning and night, and I already see results. I recommend it! 😊 *Key points:* - Minimizes pores - Hydrates and soothes the skin - Lightweight and non-greasy texture - Fresh and pleasant aroma

Subject: Product received in poor condition Dear Joom, Today I received my order of the Retinal cream, but unfortunately, it arrived in poor condition. The cream tube is broken and the cream has spilled inside the box, rendering it unusable. Could you please assist me with a solution? I've attached photos of the product in its current state. Thank you for your attention and prompt response. Best regards, John Medina

I received an item with damaged cap and leaking. I reported the case and it is now almost a month with no resolution. It takes them weeks to reply and they first offered me a 10 % discount which I did not accept. Then a 20 % discount. I explained the item was bought as a present and cannot be used in this condition. Last message from my side was sent on February 26, today is March 5th - no feedback. Avoid this seller.

Fraud or negligence. I received a serum with a broken seal — clearly opened before shipping. The shipping box was completely intact, so the seller is fully responsible. They ignored my complaint and refused to offer a refund. Selling cosmetics like this shows total disregard for customers and a complete lack of responsibility. Do not buy here if you value your money and health.

Feeling tingling for 30 secs after u don’t feel it. Skin feels firm after one use. Impressed. Good one is 300. Apply after evening cleansing as a first step. Not sure how often to use is so I’ll do 3 times a week as is has microneedling effect I believe with pdrn.

This serum helps to smooth skin with enlarged pores and wrinkles. It has a milky texture that gently nourishes my skin. It is absorbed quickly by the skin, I recommend this product and it is very good.! Thank you to the seller for the shipping.
