Light soothing, clean cica toner : To calm sensitive skin, oil-moisture balancing and soothing management should be done. Treat yourself with Clean Cica Toner in a clean and light manner. Three cica ingredients provide basic, soothing care for balancing oil and moisture, and PHA ingredients clean up oil and dead skin cells. It gently opens pores clogged with excess oil and old dead skin cells and removes accumulated wastes to provide smooth and moist skin texture.
