Non-compliant product. The two pairs of headphones do not work at the same time. It is either one pair that works or the other while the two pairs are connected and visible on my bluetooth TV. In more than 20 years of orders on other merchant sites, I have never seen a customer service as incompetent as that of coolbe. They ask you for lots of things, make the pleasure of waiting last, and in the end, even if they want to refund you, it is the seller who decides the outcome. Well, you end up with a product that is supposedly functional for a couple, BUT DOES NOT WORK. And you keep it because you are not reimbursed. THIS SITE IS SIMPLY NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERIOUSNESS IN IT. AS LONG AS IT IS SOLD: MAKE IT YOURSELF. TO THE WORDS OF THE WORD!!!!!

The headphones are good. At first I didn't understand why they didn't turn on, then I saw the button next to charging. You can hear it well and the microphone is sensitive. Headphones can work separately. Charging shows steps of 5% without putting the headphones in the box. It also shows charging in your phone when connected. They connect quickly and reliably. Charging is fast. I didn't check the operating time completely for the category. The only inconvenience is that they are not fully inserted into the ear and you can hear sounds from outside. product arrived damaged. the shipping package is very poor, actually, it broke due to bad packing.
