The warmth of wood that is not found in plastic bento boxes Akita Odate Magewappa Koban bento (large)
This is a magewappa bento box from Akita Odate Kogeisha.
The cedar wood moisturizes the rice, so it won't get hard even after the rice has cooled down, so you can enjoy it deliciously.
The more you use it, the more flavorful it becomes, and you can use it for a long time.
It has partitions so it's easy to serve. Even though it is an Akita cedar bento box, it is easy to use.
Wash it gently with your medieval detergent, remove the moisture with a dry cloth, and then let it dry naturally.
(Cannot be used in a microwave, dishwasher, or dish dryer.)
Size: Approximately 20.5x13x6cm Contents is approximately 750cc
Material: Akita cedar
Among Odate Kogeisha's many bento boxes, this one is the only one made using the traditional "Uzukuri" finishing method.
The ``Uzukuri'' finish is a technique in which the soft part of the cedar (the white part between the grains) is first shaved and finished, rather than painting the cedar as is.
By doing so, you will be less likely to get scratched.
