Brewing method 1. Take 1-2g of matcha with a bamboo spoon and put it into a matcha bowl. 2. Pour 5 to 10 ml of boiling water at 70 to 80 degrees into a matcha bowl. 3. Stir well with a whisk. 4.Pour 50-60ml of boiling water into the bowl again. 5. Stir back and forth using wrist pressure. 6. When fine bubbles appear, gently swirl the whisk around once.
