These forged pegs are made by heating the round steel material to a red-hot temperature of approximately 1,100 degrees Celsius, and then crushing the cross section into an oval shape with a powerful force of approximately 1 ton. By applying strong pressure to heated steel, pegs with excellent strength are created.
Ordinary round pegs are difficult to use because they rotate around in the ground, but oval pegs penetrate well even on hard ground mixed with gravel or stones, and are firmly fixed without spinning around in the ground.
Also, the material is designed to be thicker in the pulling direction of the rope, so it can withstand strength.
The parts where the rope touches are trimmed with great care to prevent the rope from breaking with burrs.
Pegs placed on grass or gravel are difficult to stand out! I purposely added color based on that voice. Red powder coating is applied to cationic electrodeposition with excellent rust prevention performance. The total length is 280mm, making it easy to handle in any situation.
