I use this brush for dry massage and exfoliation and I'm happy with it! The bristles are not very soft, but slightly hard, exactly as they should be for such a massage! I like the wooden handle and the fact that it is long enough to be easily accessible in any area of the body! I recommend!

I've tried to request a refund but no one has contacted or responded? The item was poorly packaged and is miss shaped so completely useless.
