If a person is cold they will still stay around 30 degrees before they start freezing I think. Then you have the insulating layer inside the vest and the heating pads. Well, a friend says that he's already hot in the jacket if he's only wearing it for five minutes without the provocative function. If you switch it on, the heat is distributed relatively quickly and well in the vest. One should consider. Of course, we live in Germany and have a rather warm winter. No comparison to people who live in colder areas, but for "German" weather conditions the vest is warm enough, I can say that. In principle, heating pads are incorporated on the inside and connected with a button in the front of the chest area. Further down in the vest there is an inner pocket with a USB cable, where you can connect a power bank. If you press the button longer, it starts to flash and by pressing it again, you can switch between the different heat modes. Blue is lukewarm, green is warm, and red is hot. These are of course very objective terms, but it comes about something like this. I tried to show everything in the little video. By the way, the processing is very good. All seams are sewn perfectly, here and there a thread is not cut short, but this does not affect the quality and function of the vest. We ordered the vest in size L and it fits perfectly. Delivery time 20 days. These neck fans are a good but comfortable weight - not too light and not too heavy. Easy charging via micro USB - charging time approx. 2 hours. Easy to use and pleasant performance with quiet operation. Both bars on the fans are continuously and individually adjustable. I can't say how long the battery will last as they've been in use for days and aren't dead yet. So simply recommended.
