The parts that have to be installed on the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic watch DO NOT MATCH the holes on the watch and therefore I cannot install the strap. What do I have to do to make the RETURN?? Thank you and regards _______________________________________________________________________________ The parts that have to be installed on the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic watch DO NOT MATCH the holes on the watch and therefore I cannot install the strap. the strap is very poor quality, it is smaller in size than the original from the set, the velcro barely holds.  It slightly caught on clothing and it completely came off, and this is when it is new, after a couple of weeks when dust gets on the velcro, it will not hold at all.  the case is silicon the sensor on the screen does not work through it.  I have an old Amazfit Bip with such a strap for $ 1, held for 2 years and was larger in size than this one and in quality like premium.

I ordered 2 different sizes 1 x 220mm and 1 x 170mm, you shipped me 2 x 170mm. the quality seems good, disappointed I didn't get what I ordered

The watch straps are 100%, I can recommend them. The delivery took a long time this time, so only 3 stars.
