Το παρέλαβα άψογα συσκευασμένο, στην πόρτα μου, φαίνεται πολύ καλό προϊόν, στιβαρή κατασκευη, η μία ρόδα μόνον χρειαζεται λίγο αέρα, καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε και στα Ελληνικά manual κατά τα άλλα θα δειξει στο δρόμο την αντοχή του

Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my previous review. I like the scooter itself and it drives well. Here is my reasoning why I can only give the item one star. Important documents were missing from the delivery, such as the General Operating Permit from the manufacturer and the COC papers from the dealer, which I urgently need to register liability insurance with road approval, as the Weyral E-Mobile C36VC09BP can exceed 6 km/h. It has three speed levels, namely 6 km/h, 9 km/h and 15 km/h. In principle, this is great, but therefore insurance and a license plate are urgently needed. I also cannot find a chassis number, which is also needed for the insurance. This chassis number should be on the invoice, but I am not receiving an invoice. Various email exchanges with Joom and the manufacturer were unsuccessful regarding the missing documents. Thus, the e-mobile can only be used in parks, on private paths, sidewalks and bike paths at 6 km/h. It's a shame, I didn't buy the e-mobile for that, because without a license plate I am not allowed to drive on the street if there is no sidewalk or bike path. Legally, I am not even allowed to drive it to the supermarket, as this only goes via roads that I am not allowed to use, and that is actually what I bought it for. If I had had the opportunity to have the missing documents sent to me, my review would have been significantly better.

I gave it one star because I can't give less for the product and for the site, I strongly regret the purchase of this seat. The main problem comes from the return policy, which is extremely complicated and unsuitable. I am required to return the item "new", but how is this possible when I am obliged to assemble it to check its operation ? Despite the fact that I am very handy, the installation was difficult. And once assembled, the seat broke after only 5 minutes of use and I almost got run over by a car.. The return system does not take into account the reality of a product to be assembled, which is totally inconsistent and penalizing for the customer.. I didn't know the Joom platform, but one thing is for sure: it will be my first and last purchase on this platform.

I ordered an electric stunt scooter for €427.30 for my son in December on Joom. In January, it broke down. I contacted Joom, and they told me to contact the Seller. It's been three weeks now, and the Seller hasn't replied. I don't know what to do, both of the scooter's brakes don't work because of the cold I am really angry, I have no answer, I do not recommend buying scooters there I want to fight to the very end I am really angry 😡😡

Nice electric scooter! I already had a few scooters, all of them from Kukirin brand and I decided to buy a different brand this time. This T10 OOTD is a great choice, has a strong structure, great suspension and tyre as well and it is very reliable so far. I did 100 kilometres so far and it is so silent and drives smoothly. For the price paid, is nearest to perfection.

Although ordered with front light, rear light and turn signals, only the front light works. The turn signal function is displayed, but all 4 turn signals do not work…and the rear light seems to be only a reflector…That is not acceptable. That is not roadworthy…. Completely disappointed….Manufacturer can only be reached extremely laboriously or not at all…
