Ecublens, January 21, 2026. Gentlemen, this morning I found your delivery in the parcel box. Forced in by the delivery person, unscrupulous, irresponsible, stupid etc. I had a lot of trouble extracting it. At the bottom of the box, there was a pile of newspapers, which was easy to remove to limit the damage. It was simply enough to place the package, which was certainly intact, on the mailboxes, as many other delivery people do, including Swiss Post. There is no plate, nor pot that is not bent and dented. almost unusable. This is not the first time the company DPD has caused me a problem. With DHL it's the complete opposite, they have a drop-off point at the Ecublens shopping center and they leave a notice in the mailbox. For a next time order I will ask you to put it against signature and entrust it to DHL. I await your response regarding compensation or the replacement of these items.. Please accept, Gentlemen, my best regards. Michel Gailloud

Absolute disappointment with this order. I was super excited to get a marble pattern background so I could take detail shots at home. Regarding the quality of the product I have nothing bad to say because if it had arrived in good condition it would be wonderful, but it is unfortunate that after waiting 3 weeks for a product it arrives in this condition. Wrapped in a sheet of newspaper, and completely folded, with wrinkles that are not going to be fixed in any way. How difficult was it to put it in a suitable paper packaging? Totally disappointed and as long as they don't change this way of packaging I can't recommend this product.

An absolute scam there are things not in the kit they say there are just make them with no instructions on how to do this. I thought this would make a lovely gift for my teenage granddaughter, who is very crafty but I would struggle with this so she has no chance, the instructions that are there are not clear at all ( make a gingerbread man ) no instructions on how to do this. I am quite disgusted that I have wasted my hard earned cash, shame on you for this. I will not buy anything from Joom again

I was already served when I saw the bad packaging. A wafer-thin crackling film wrapped in even thinner cardboard. Which of course looked accordingly when he arrived. Result 3 loose stones lie loosely in it. I also found it a shame that there was only 1 loop. But in hindsight it was my mistake. I had previously bought some from another dealer that were cheaper and were sent in pairs.

The product is excellent, it is already the second one I order. The material is very good type hard plastic. The quality of this image surprised me I thought it looked bad or would not meet my expectations but it exceeded them. It looks like it's really marble. You can take beautiful photos with this background. I will definitely keep ordering more to make my collection bigger.. both views are very nice

The material is okay, just the connection between the leaves and stems is not so well made! The tulips were also folded once and stored in the bag! I struggled to straighten the stems overnight 👎 Now they look good in my glass vase! I actually love natural plants, but tulips, among other things, are poisonous to my cat!☠️!
