Troubleshooting if you suspect a malfunction The power won't turn on The battery level of your headset or headphones is low. Charge them. No sound can be heard from one ear Turn your headset or headphones off and then on again. Try resetting your headset or headphones. Can't hear the other person's voice/the other person's voice is too quiet Check that this product and the connected device are connected Increase the volume of this product and the connected device. Unpair this product from the connected device and then pair them again.
