I ordered two cans, both of them have arrived open, the bags soaked and also, all the packages that came with them... As I opened the large package, the individual packages were already wet and when they arrived...everything soggy....

A quarter of the liquid has run out. You can't tighten a screw on glasses with a flat-head screwdriver. It does not fit in the screw slot. .
