I made an order for over 100 PLN, the package did not arrive because the label did not include the house or apartment number. The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.

The earrings can be separated (remove the crosses). Unfortunately, the crosses lose their black color very quickly. If something like that bothers you, you shouldn't order it. The earrings are otherwise beautiful and well made. They also don't lose the decorations with the color and are sent with a small gift that doesn't go well with it, but is very nice.

It's beautiful the way in the picture but I paid here 2.10 for product and 3 gel for delivery charge in post office and also it reached very late. till reached to me this product my excitement was already killed . guys please try temu app it really great they don't sale bad quality and they complete oder on time also no any charge for delivery.

The necklace is VERY perfect. It looks very good and looks fixed as in the corresponding picture, I don't really know how long it will take before it turns black. The butterfly is very well held by the necklace and is of a medium size, the silver is very visible and the clasp is very strong. For this price it is very good. I am satisfied with this package. recommend

According to the description and picture. Very beautiful, fine and delicate, looks very good and I like it a lot. I will see how the material behaves over time. Delivery was in the estimated time, well packaged. I recommend. Thank you, with gratitude, appreciation and joy to the seller and for the beautiful gift offered!🙏💜
