*Make sure to firmly chuck the three sides of the shank to prevent it from shaking or falling off.
*Do not reduce the rotation speed too much during drilling, as this may cause jamming or chipping.
*Do not hit the carbide cutting edge against hard objects or press it hard against the workpiece when penetrating the center drill, as this will cause chipping.
*When drilling continuously with a drill press, be careful not to overheat the cutting edge. Use cutting fluid or interrupt drilling to allow the cutting edge to cool.
*When drilling holes in plates 10mm or thicker, please use the separately sold center drill (STR-6).
