This mount adapter allows you to attach Leica R-mount lenses to Leica L-mount cameras. Its high precision and high performance ensures peace of mind when using your precious camera and lens.
The camera body mode setting is A mode (aperture priority) or M mode (manual). Focusing is done manually (autofocus does not work).
After setting the desired aperture value, press the shutter. (If in M mode, also set the shutter speed.) The metering will be stopped-down metering (metering at a stopped-down aperture), and aperture value information will not be displayed on the body.
*When using the camera's built-in image stabilization function, the lens focal length must be set on the camera. Don't forget to set it when changing lenses. (Refer to your camera's instruction manual for the setting method.) * Depending on the lens, exposure tendencies may change depending on the mode, such as spot metering or partial metering.
