Center-balanced metal jig for slow jigging
What is slow jigging?
In contrast to the previously popular high-speed jigging (high-pitch short jerks and high-speed short jerks), which focuses on reflexively enticing fish to bite, slow jigging is a fishing method that deliberately makes the lure's action and silhouette visible to fish.
From the perspective of mainstream high-speed jigging, this method was thought to result in lower catches because the fish were more likely to see through the lure. However, it has proven to be quite successful in actual fishing, and for some reason, it also has a high chance of catching large fish, making it a fishing method that is gaining popularity among some anglers.
However, it is also true that the balance of the jig and the length of the rod are closely related to successfully executing slow jigging.
