[Story] Ryu Terui has just started his married life with Akiko. At that time, a series of pickpocket murders occurs. The Paranormal Crimes Division, led by Ryu, begins an investigation into a possible Dopant crime, but in the middle of the investigation, Detective Hino is shot and killed! And Ryu becomes a suspect! Ryu investigates the case on his own, escaping the investigation and Katsuragi Aoi, a female pickpocket who holds the key to the case, but his Accel Memory has been stolen and he can't transform!
