Kapton tape has good adhesion, good conformability, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, no tin penetration and no glue residue, and has excellent electrical performance, short-term temperature resistance of 300 degrees Celsius, long-term temperature resistance of 250 degrees Celsius.
Special adhesive treatment, its adhesive force is strong, after tearing off, the masked surface does not leave residue.
Kapton tape is made of polyimide film coated with high temperature resistant silica gel.
The total length is about 33m, and the thickness is 0.06mm. And there are 5 styles available (1: Width 15mm, 2: Width 20mm, 3: Width 25mm, 4: Width 30mm, 5: Width 50mm).
It is perfect for all of your needs including masking circuit boards, soldering ,electrical insulation and splicing wires. Also extensive use as electrical insulation for transformer, motor, coil, capacitor and frequency conversion power supply in electronic industry and so on.
