Received the item, everything is Excellent, But I can't hear anything except the Radio receiver, What is the problem, Please explain!!! I can look at the database, of this radio, "" ft 580 ""

Everything is good, but needs to be figured out. It works, but doesn't match our channels

The radios are simply super! Very satisfied with the professional equipment!
