The outfit utilizes clear parts in some areas to create a see-through effect from the chest to the back of the dress and the transparency of the cape.

*Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway's Flash* depicts the world 12 years after the events of *Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack*.
