Washing Instructions
Please gently hand wash separately using cold water or lukewarm water below 30 degrees with a neutral detergent. Be cautious as washing in hot water may shrink or damage the fabric. After rinsing, remove excess water and air dry in the shade. Avoid twisting or using a dryer as this may deform the fabric. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can lead to discoloration, so please take caution.
Caution
Scratches, damage, or discoloration caused by customer negligence are not valid reasons for exchange or return. The product must be repackaged in the condition it was received. Returns should be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, and items that show signs of use cannot be returned.
