The size of the jacket didn't fit me, but it was no problem to return the jacket and get a refund. Great communication with the Joop team during the return process. I appreciate it. unfortunately there was a rip inside the package which also caused a rip in the jacket about 20cm long and it went through all layers, I sewed it but otherwise the jacket looks good and fits well

I am happy and satisfied buying on Joom. Correct information, very good information on order tracking, etc. Thank you

The size is too small, I think it is for children, the material is also not good, very bad quality. Not recommend at all.

I need size 6XL for this jacket. How can I change the one I have for a bigger one?

Nice jacket. Ordered a XXL, im a 42"chest. Really need a XXXL. VERY DISSATISFIED.

My normal size for coats of this type is XXL. This had to be 6XL
