Installation manual for high-pressure pump enlarged pump core
Install the enlarged pump core using a special tool combined with a torque wrench to torque 50-60Nm. If it is too tight, it will get stuck, and if it is too loose, it will leak internally.
Before installing the oil pump, take out the top cup with Needle-nose pliers to check whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.
Apply clean engine oil to lubricate the O-ring and install it (be careful not to miss the top cup)
Tighten the mounting bracket screws (20N. m) crosswise with a wrench, and then tighten the other joints in sequence
After installation, start the engine and run it at idle speed for 3-5 minutes. Observe whether there is any oil leakage or abnormal noise at the connection of the high-pressure pump. Use a computer to read the parameters of the high-pressure pump and check the data flow
Increase the speed of the pump core after testing and control it to within 4000 rpm, allowing the pump core to run in for 100-200 miles
