Airboy Organic Tart Cherry Extract Capsules, made with tart cherry concentrate and celery seed, suitable for adults.

I've tried quite a few magnesium supplements before, and this 12-in-1 complex is really good. I work out regularly and often have tight muscles, plus I struggle with light sleep. I take one capsule in the evening with dinner. It helps me relax nicely, I fall asleep easier and wake up less during the night. The capsule is easy to swallow, no strange aftertaste. Delivery to Sweden was within the stated time frame, packaging intact. Happy with this purchase, will reorder.

I first learned about Magnesium L-Threonate from articles about brain support. I work long hours at the computer and often struggle with brain fog in the afternoon. After one month of use, I find it easier to keep my train of thought. These vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow with water. The delivery to Sweden arrived within the stated time.

This is my second purchase. I was initially concerned that the 700mg dosage might be too strong, but it turns out to be just right for me. I take one capsule before bed, and I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the number of times I wake up during the night. The packaging is very sturdy, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

I was curious about Magnesium L-Threonate for cognitive support. I have used it for two weeks. It does not work like magic, but I feel less mentally drained in the evenings. Capsules are fine. The shipping was a little close to the upper estimate, but the package arrived undamaged. A decent supplement, I will keep testing it.

As I’m getting older, I started noticing small memory slips, like forgetting where I put things. I chose this product after comparing several options. After several weeks, those minor forgetful moments happen less often. The quality looks good and the bottle is securely sealed.

I have tried glycinate magnesium before for sleep, and decided to try L-threonate specifically for brain health. The difference is noticeable — it targets mental clarity rather than relaxation for sleep. Very interesting supplement, I’m pleased with my choice.

Decent magnesium supplement overall. The description is clear about all 12 magnesium sources. I think it works best when you take it consistently. I did not see dramatic improvements, but it is a reliable daily option. The price is fair for the quantity.

I love that these are vegetarian capsules, it fits my diet perfectly. Many brain supplements on the market are not suitable for vegetarians. This Magnesium L-Threonate helps me keep a clear head during busy meeting days. I will reorder once I run out.
