Just received but is full to the top! I'm hoping it'll do what it says. Although the description of its ingredients varies from diffent ads of the same product. The box just says massage it for 2-3 minutes into the scalp. Doesn't mention shampooing with it? In fact it says do not wash your hair until after 3 hours. I've tried it now for 4 weeks and can't see any improvement
