Being a very good customer at Joom and having only had a few minor issues since I started ordering from them, I am, to this day, extremely disappointed with their customer service. There is a package (containing many products, including this one) that I had ordered which was marked as "received" on April 9th, when in fact I have NEVER RECEIVED it. I, who check my mailbox every day, and who have not had this type of problem with the other orders I had placed.. I even asked my neighbors to be sure it wasn't given to one of them, but nothing: no one picked up a package for me. I don't know what happened with this package, but it's not my place to pay the consequences (I paid to receive this order which I ultimately never received) and I therefore wish to obtain a refund please because this is not normal at all. I shouldn't have to pay for the unprofessionalism of the person who never delivered my package. Even though I explained the situation to Joom customer service and made a refund request, they did not grant it to me. I find that unacceptable. (I will change my mind if Joom or the sellers refund me in the coming days, but for now, following this bad experience, I do not recommend you to order on this app, nor to this customer (The customer is probably not to blame, but if I do not express my opinion, then I leave the possibility for other people to be scammed and that is not in my principles)).

Superbe cravate Serpentard 👍 Qualité, correcte 👍 (100 % polyester, comme beaucoup de cravate aujourd'hui). Il n'y a que les points de couture (au dos de la cravate, la finition pour le repli, et le passant) qui un peu limite en qualité (un peu effiloché), par contre, ça a l'air d'être fait main, le dessin de la maison Serpentard n'est, ni un écusson thermocollé et/ou cousue, ni un transfert, on voit bien les points de couture de l'écusson à même la maille du tissu. Franchement, je recommande, belle qualité, malgré les petits points de couture au dos de la cravate 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice and good that the piercing really looks like the photos - but the pendant is not stainless steel. The tin surface wears off in a very short time, the cheap copper underneath becomes visible and oxidizes on the skin. If the piercing were made entirely of stainless steel, it could have cost a little more and it would have been an absolute top product, but as it is I can't recommend it...who wants to buy piercings that are only 1/2 weeks are useful......

2 months to come. i ordered 4 items from this seller, i received the 3 of them IN SEPARATE PACKAGES ( no logic at all) but at least all in same date before 1.5 month but the forth one came separately now , very bad seller i dont recommend to noone. plus the item was in a too light and unprotective package and all stickers are fold in half, too annoying
