The sushi rolling mat was packaged rolled up in a plastic bag. 💥𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁ä𝘁 The sushi rolling mat is made of plastic and is as large as an ordinary bamboo sushi rolling mat.. However, it is a bit more rigid than its bamboo counterparts.. And that's exactly the problem, that makes rolling the sushi rice into a roll so difficult. I've done that before 1-2 times, but with this mat it was really more difficult.. However, I like that the sushi rolling mat is easier and more hygienic to clean than the traditional bamboo sushi rolling mat.. For material composition : plastic 💥𝗙𝗮𝘇𝗶𝘁 The plastic sushi rolling mat fulfills its purpose, but it is more difficult to make the rolls than with the bamboo sushi rolling mats. ➕Advantage: More hygienic and easier to clean, probably even in the dishwasher... 👍 ➖Disadvantage : Too stiff and heavy to produce good sushi rolls... But maybe it just requires more practice in handling the plastic sushi rolling mats? 🤔 Therefore 1 star 🌟 deduction But I would stick with the original.
