Υπερβολικά μικρό

In Britain size 44 is a size 10. The shoes that arrived were labelled as 44 and 9 1/2 and I could hardly get my toes in let alone my foot so that is why I want to return them as unfit for my use. Thank you. Ron Bristow How do I go about returning them. Your site is not letting me see how to do a return and I'm getting a little anoyed

Size 44 is my regular size and though these are labelled 44 they are too small. Can I exchange them for a size 45?
