I created a headband that is a remake of old cloth with the image of japan boro.
Based on the old latticework, we create a patchwork of various lattices, stripes, plain colors, and indigo-dyed patterns.
Everything is hand sewn.
Sashiko is made with indigo dyed thread.
The back is a thin indigo double gauze.
I'm at the age where I want to cover my neck.
