Finally, the problem with the post office has been clarified, a new postman and erroneous confirmation of the package last November 26th. Received today thanks to the collaboration of the manager. Anyway a disappointment to JOOM because the package did not include the mobile number that I had communicated and registered making it impossible to contact me. The domicile, like many other districts in the area, do not have a number. Furthermore, the traceability code on the web and your messages refers to the original LW305423993DE without then notifying me of the change to the new European one with which LW126567153DE arrived and it is also the only one that appears at the post office. Finally, I have never been able to see the traceability on the Post Office web because no one had communicated it to me except when I complained to the customer service chat. I was also disappointed with the support received because they never thought I was right but only that for them it was delivered. I do not know if I will remain a customer of your group considering that I am a PayPal customer where I will make a complaint. MB

Quality is really bad Rear ashtray is so poorly made looks so bad that you'd think it was made of Lego ATTENTION it doesn't fit every Opel Astra H not everyone has cup holders like my Opel Astra h and it's not mentioned here that it doesn't It will suit everyone that there are two different cup holders on the Astra H. I contacted the seller but they didn't want to accept it. They said the description is correct as I said, people like in the picture or square
