Την είχα πάρει M και μου έπεσε μεγάλη. Την ξανά πήρα XS ενώ φοράω κανονικά M και εφαρμόζει τέλεια.

Τέλεια. Έψαχνα καιρό και επιτέλους βρήκα.

I would like to file a complaint about the slippers I bought from you. The slippers have not even been in use for a month, and already they are torn and the soles have been damaged. Since they have only been worn for a very short time, I do not find this quality acceptable.. I ask you to consider my complaint and offer me a suitable solution, either an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.. Thank you for your understanding.

The dress is very beautiful. The shipping took a very very long time but that was known as it was still within the stated timeframe for when it should arrive. So it was on time. There is a zipper sewn in at the back and a corset which was very comfortable makes the dress to wear. In terms of length, the S fits perfectly (I am 1.60cm). The fabric is relatively comfortable like any fabric of prom dresses. I would buy it again anytime. :)

I received a defective product. The zipper was sewn incorrectly and the dress cannot be properly fastened. The defect was present from the moment the package was unpacked. I have photos and video footage of the product unpacking. Additionally, the actual appearance and quality of the dress significantly differ from the product shown in the offer photos. I request a full refund for the defective product and information regarding free return of the goods.

inferior product, size does not match the specifications, unclean hem, quality and material do not match the picture, the description,.. the item is hereby returned, the information from Joom is also legally questionable, have not received an answer to date, they are deliberately taking their time, or rather, not getting an answer, in the hope that the customer will forget about it, is attempted fraud....

The dress is beautiful, it looks very nice on my daughter, although a bit big in the waist and bust area but nothing that can't be fixed, we knew that part would be the problem because my daughter is tall and very slim in the upper waist area. We loved it, we are waiting for another dress and we will see which one is the prettiest.
