Continuous Operation WSON8 Socket Adapter IC Chip Socket Consumer Electronics

Label:Yes QFN8 TEST SOCKET: This test socket is designed for QFN8 packaged chips measuring 5 millimeters by 6 millimeters. It serves as a testing, programming, or aging interface for semiconductor research and development, production, and reliability verification processes. The socket provides a connection point for QFN8 chips during these stages CHIP FUNCTION TEST: This socket adapter verifies electrical performance, logic function, and timing of the chip through automatic test equipment to ensure it meets required specifications. It supports function testing for QFN8 chips in development and production environments. The adapter helps confirm that the chip meets required electrical and timing parameters during testing BURN IN TEST: This socket adapter functions continuously under high temperature from 85 to 150 degrees Celsius and electrical stress to screen for early failure products. It supports burn in testing for QFN8 chips that require extended thermal and electrical conditioning. The adapter helps identify early failure products before they are used in final applications ONLINE TESTING: This IC chip socket adapter detects manufacturing defects such as open circuits and short circuits in the chip after soldering on the PCB. It helps identify connection issues at the board level during electronic assembly and quality checks. The adapter supports online testing for QFN8 chips mounted on circuit boards PROGRAMMING AND BURNING: This socket adapter supports firmware writing, CRC verification, and bin classification for storage chips such as Flash and MCU. It provides a reliable interface for programming and data verification during chip setup and storage testing. The adapter can be used for programming and burning tasks for QFN8 packaged storage chips
