For my 25 cm, they are very comfortable with the insole (which is included). Lightweight, do not press anywhere, the lining does not come out with the foot, the lining is very soft. 30 degrees = feet do not freeze, I put ice cleats on top so that they do not slip. I inserted my orthopedic insole for comfort. I wear them often.
