The product arrived as part of a group parcel, we waited a little over a month, the packaging was soft. The insole is made of a material somewhat reminiscent in structure of walk-through foam mats, with insulating material on top. The insole is cut to the required size manually along guide lines, size range from 38 to 44 We haven’t tried it yet, we’re waiting for winter)))
