Looked just like the photos and they are a perfect fit (I measured my foot first to check it against the size chart.) I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time as I needed the shoes quite quickly, but they arrived within the delivery date window. Very happy all round!

The size of the insole is appropriate. Unfortunately, the shoes are wide on the foot, causing the shoe to be too loose and slip off. For such a price, the quality is not impressive. Upon just trying on the shoe, the material at the heel started to wrinkle under the weight of the foot.. Yes, these are nice shoes and the insole under the heel is soft, which makes the shoe comfortable.

I usually wear a 39 so if you order, take one size up from yours.
